- Delivery & despatch
- Pick and pack
- Loading & unloading
- Forklift driving
- Light lifting

| Skills |
- Forklift licence(s) - various
- First aid certificate
- Some computer/D.E. skills
- Excellent/command/understanding of english
- Prefer own transport and drivers licence
