The Southside Staffing Services Team offers over 85 years combined experience in the Recruitment Industry. We offer continuity and stability to our clients and candidates with our long serving staff and thorough knowledge of local market trends, business practices and employment in general.
Our principle members have been at Southside since our establishment at Miranda in 1998 and the other staff who have joined our team, offer from 2 to 22 years experience in Recruitment - the majority of which has been working with our Principal TERI MOXHAM.
Teri has been involved in the Recruitment/Employment Industry since 1984. She is an Associate Member of the RCSA (National Governing body for Recruitment in Australia), and of IPSA (International Personnel Services Assoc). Teri has been working as a Manager and Team Leader since 1985 and has managed and set up a number of successful recruitment teams and centres over this time.

Our Office Manager, MARILYN JOHNSON, has been working in the Recruitment Industry since 1973. Marilyn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Recruitment Industry to our clients and candidates and can provide advice on current trends in employment and the marketplace as well as information on legislative changes relevant to the Industry. Marilyn offers expertise on Awards, MYOB Payroll, and associated functions.
We have a Professional Team of Senior Consultants offering extensive experience and expertise in Permanent, On Hire Casual (Temp) and Contract Recruitment.
After so many years working closely with our Business Clients, our Consultants have an excellent understanding of a Company's requirements from the Shop Floor (Industrial) right through to all aspects of Administration and Procedures, to assisting with recruitment of Middle Management, Financial Controllers and General Managers.
