The Southside Staffing Services Team of 7 Staff, offers over 95 years combined experience in the Recruitment Industry. We offer continuity and stability to our clients and candidates with our long serving staff and thorough knowledge of local market trends and employment in general.

Our principle members have been at Southside since our establishment at Miranda in 1998 and the other staff who have joined our team, currently offer between 1 and 8 years local experience with us. Our newest staff member joined us in early 2008 bringing our numbers to a team of 7.

Our Principal, TERI MOXHAM has been involved in the Recruitment/Employment Industry since 1984. She is an Associate Member of the RCSA (National Governing body for Recruitment in Australia), and of IPSA (International Personnel Services Assoc). Teri has been working as a Manager and Team Leader since 1985 and has managed and set up a number of successful recruitment teams and centres over this time.

Our Office Manager, MARILYN JOHNSON, has been working in the Recruitment Industry since 1973. Marilyn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Recruitment Industry to our clients and candidates and can provide advice on current trends in employment and the marketplace as well as information on legislative changes relevant to the Industry. Marilyn offers expertise on Awards, MYOB Payroll, and associated functions.

Our Senior Consultants, JENNIFER DUNPHY and LEANNE FIGON bring their own Speciality Experience to our team.

Jennifer has a background in the Banking, Financial and Medical Industries – working in Sales, Recruitment, Training, Regional Management and Customer Service for over 18 years. Jenny specialises in Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Banking and Finance as well as Senior Management roles. She has a thorough understanding of staffing and Management practices at all levels of large Corporates and offers her calm, professional style in true Consultation fashion.

Leanne joins the team with a business development background with 20 years experience in the International Freight Forwarding Industry.  Leanne understands the importance of building client relationships, meeting their needs and offering them solutions to enhance and streamline their business.  This works well in the people industry of Recruitment – the integral part of meeting Candidates and matching these to our clients for the perfect fit. Leanne’s tenacity and pursuit for professional services remains her focus.

Our Admin Team has been organising our administrative systems since 1998. They have a very thorough knowledge of our systems and procedures as well as understanding fully the requirements of our clients and candidates.  The personable and professional style will ensure your Southside Staffing experience is both pleasant and efficient.
