Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with the Assessment Managers, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who likes a "hands on" role.
Leading a team of 10 warehousing staff
Day to day running of the warehouse
Ensuring equipment is in working order and placed away safely
Liaising with Assessment Managers to ascertain equipment required for each job
Assisting crew in equipping vans to complete jobs
Assisting with unloading vans
Maintaining stock of chemicals
Keeping track of current jobs and the equipment needs of each job
Overseeing OH&S and raising any issues to Operational Manager
Skills & Attributes
Forklift Licence
Previous Supervisory experience in a Warehousing environment
Mature approach
The ability to manage, mentor and motivate staff in conjunction with the Operations Manager
Initiative
Inventory skills
PC skills including emails
Enthusiastic approach to work
