SOUTHSIDE STAFFING SERVICES and our Principal, Teri Moxham, believes that a successful business is one that supports the community and those less fortunate than we are.
We are not just about building a profitable and professional business, as we do, and servicing our clients, candidates and fellow citizens, but we are committed to developing a Triple Bottom Line and we encourage all our clients and associates to do the same!

The Sutherland Shire Economic Development Committee:
This committee was set up by the Sutherland Shire Council to foster and maintain the development of Economic Opportunities within the Sutherland Shire to create greater employment/business opportunities within the local area for the local people, and to monitor business development in this region.
The Committee comprises a number of Councillors, Council staff, Local Business people and local community members with a strong background in business and business development.
This Committee has been acclaimed and recognised both locally and Nationally as a front runner in Economic Development within a local area. Teri has been an active member of this Committee as well as two sub-committees – Research and Marketing Committee and the Tourism Committee for ten years. She works closely with other businesses and business owners in the local area to assist them develop and grow their businesses (opportunities).
Business Enterprise Centre: The Sutherland and St. George Business Enterprise Centre which is located at Kirrawee provides support for growing businesses as well as assistance for owners establishing new businesses within this local area.
Teri and Southside Staffing Services have been members of the BEC since the opening of Southside Staffing Services in 1998. Teri has also served as a Director of the BEC and is still an active member. |

Teri and Southside Staffing Services has supported the “Breakfree Foundation” since it’s formation in 1998. |

Sharks RLC:
Southside Staffing Services has been a Corporate Member of the Sharks Leagues Club for many years. |

Business Swap:
Teri was the Founding President of this Networking Club in the Southern Area and set up the Endeavour SWAP Club in 1998 (the same year as she set up Southside Staffing Services!). Teri was the President of the Endeavour Club for two years and an active Committee Member for six years. Teri set up the Networking Club as she saw a need for a professional business networking group within the Shire. Many businesses, SME’s and individuals have benefited through this Club! |

Enough is Enough:
Teri has supported Ken Marslew and the Enough Is Enough “Anti-Violence” organisation since 1994 and is still an active member.
